Who we are
Tovia is operated by Toviatech Ltd. This notice covers the Tovia marketing site at toviatech.ltd, the WhatsApp course, and the record-verification site at verify.toviatech.ltd.
Information we handle
We may handle information needed to provide the course and maintain an individual dated training record. This can include the contact details and messages used in the WhatsApp course, payment information handled through Stripe, and course-completion and record-verification information.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide the course, take payment, create and verify training records, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and run and improve the service.
Service providers
The course is delivered in WhatsApp. Payments are handled through Stripe. Site measurement uses Umami, Microsoft Clarity and Google Ads, as described under “Cookies and site measurement”. Record verification is provided at verify.toviatech.ltd. These services process information under their own terms and privacy information as well as the arrangements that apply to Tovia’s use of them.
Records and verification
A training record is dated evidence that a named person completed a defined measure. A person with the record’s individual verification link may be able to check that record. Do not share a verification link unless you are comfortable with the recipient checking it.
Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the course, maintain and verify the record, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service.
Cookies and site measurement
We count visits to toviatech.ltd with Umami, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. We also record which page brought you to the WhatsApp course.
Only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, we also use:
- Microsoft Clarity (“How the page is used”): records clicks, scrolling and page layout so we can improve the page. Cookies such as
_clckand_clsk. Microsoft’s information: Clarity cookie list. - Google Ads (“Ad results”): tells us whether someone who clicked our ad went on to start the course. Cookies such as
_gcl_au. Google’s information: how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
If you reject, or before you choose, Clarity does not load and neither service sets cookies. Google Ads may still receive limited, cookie-free information about the visit, such as that a page was viewed or the course was started, which Google may use to estimate ad results.
We store your choice in a cookie called tovia_consent for six months. You can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact Toviatech Ltd through the Tovia WhatsApp chat and identify the course or record concerned. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Changes
We may update this notice when the service or legal requirements change. The date above shows when it was last updated.
