The service
Tovia provides a short AI-literacy orientation delivered through WhatsApp. The course is intended as documented training for everyday, lower-risk professional use. It includes an individual dated training record for a person who completes the defined course flow.
What Tovia does not provide
Tovia is not legal advice, an official certificate, or a compliance guarantee. A training record is evidence that a person completed a defined measure on a date. It does not prove full compliance with the EU AI Act or any other law, and it does not replace role-specific training, governance, or legal review where those are needed.
Purchases
The course price, applicable VAT, and payment terms are shown before payment. Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment, access, and any refunds are handled as presented in the payment flow or as required by applicable law.
Team access
When a team purchases seats, each person should complete their own course flow. The person arranging the team purchase is responsible for sharing access appropriately and for making sure the information provided for each person is accurate.
Training records and verification
Completed learners receive an individual dated training record. Record verification is available at verify.toviatech.ltd through an individual verification link. You are responsible for deciding who you share that link with.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the course, attempt to interfere with the service, misrepresent a training record, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but it may be changed, paused, or unavailable from time to time. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The date above shows when they were last updated.
